COURT JURISDICTION

      Randall County Court at Law No. 2 has concurrent family law jurisdiction with the Randall County District Courts pertaining to Family Law matters.  The Court hears divorce cases, suits affecting the parent/child relationships, child protective service cases, juvenile cases, and other family law cases.  The Court also hears general civil cases with a $100,000 cap, contested probate cases, uncontested felony pleas, and criminal misdemeanor cases.
