 1. Discuss and approve the minutes of the February 12, 2008 meetings of the Randall County Commissioners’ Court.  (EH)    

2.  Discuss and act on resolution and support of grant application establishing Drug Court.  (Sheriff)

3.  Presentation and acceptance of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Year Ended September 30, 2007 by independent audit firm Doshier, Pickens & Francis.  (Auditor)

4.  Discuss and approve letter of agreement for 911 pre-hospital emergency medical and or transfer services between Randall County, Happy Volunteer Fire Department and Emergency Medical Team.  (EH)

5.  Consider and take action on county burn ban.  (RG)

6.  Discuss and act on Randall County employees’ request to attend meetings and conferences.  (Auditor)

7.   Approval of vouchers.  (Auditor)

8.  Review of correspondence with commissioners’ court.  (EH)

9.  Accept official reports.
