 1. Discuss and approve the minutes of the February 26, 2008 meetings of the Randall County Commissioners’ Court.  (EH)                

2. Discuss and accept contribution from Civic Beautification Committee of the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and Schooler Funeral Funeral Home to the Randall County Veterans Park.  (BD)

3. Discuss and take action on approving an inter-local agreement between Randall County and the West Texas Regional Public Defender of Capital Cases.  (EH)

4. Discuss and approve inter-local agreement with the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) for Cooperative Purchase of Actuarial Shared Services.  (Purchasing)

5. Discuss and approve Master Agreement & Engagement Letter with Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Co.  (Purchasing)

6. Discuss and approve specifications for Bid #2008-623-1 Food & Non-Food.  (Purchasing)

7. Discuss and certify account expenses for Floyd County Case 2007-4337/Change of Venue to be charged and reimbursed by Floyd County, Texas, according to Article 104.001, Code of Criminal Procedures.  (Auditor)

8. Discuss and act on Randall County employees’ request to attend meetings and   conferences.  (Auditor)

9. Approval of vouchers.  (Auditor)

10. Review of correspondence with commissioners’ court.  (EH)

11. Accept official reports.

12. Discuss and act on a resolution concerning cloud seeding in Randall County.  (GP)

13. Public comment period.
