4.  Discuss and take action on awarding Bid #2008-623-1 Food and Non-Food for Jail & Youth Center.  (Purchasing)

5.  Discuss and take action for approval of proposal specifications for RFP Third Party Administrator.  (Purchasing)

6.  Discuss and approve contract with Amarillo National Bank for remote check capture services.  (RG)

7.  Discuss and act on Randall County employees’ request to attend meetings and   conferences.  (Auditor)

8.  Approval of vouchers.  (Auditor)

9.  Review of correspondence with commissioners’ court.  (EH)

10. Accept official reports.
