 1.        Discuss and approve the minutes of the April 8, 2008 meetings of the Randall County Commissioners’ Court.  (EH)                       

2.         Discuss and approve sale of tax foreclosure on property in the Palisades to Kim Francis.  (RG)

3.         Discuss and take action on awarding Bid #2008-623-1 Food and Non-Food Bid.  (Purchasing)

4.         Discuss and take action for specification approval for RFQ Financial Audit Services.  (Purchasing)

5.         Discuss and act on approving addendum with The Williams Group regarding restoration of the outside of the 1909 Randall County Courthouse.  (EH)

6.         Discuss and approve the Maintenance Grant Contract between the Office of the Attorney General and Randall County for the automated victim notification service.  (RG)

7.         Discuss and approve cellular phone allowance.  (Auditor)

8.         Discuss and certify account for Lubbock County/Change of Venue to be charged and reimbursed by Lubbock County, Texas, according to article 104.001 and 104.002, Code of Criminal Procedures.  (Auditor)

 9.        Discuss and approve budget amendment.  (Auditor)

10.       Discuss and act on Randall County employees’ request to attend meetings and   conferences.  (Auditor)

11.       Approval of vouchers.  (Auditor)

12.       Review of correspondence with commissioners’ court.  (EH)

13.       Accept official reports.

14.       Public comment period.
