3.         Discuss and take action on approval of revised Cellular Phone Policy.  (Purchasing)

4.         Discuss and approve continuation of outdoor burn ban.  (RG)

5.         Discuss and approve line item transfer.  (Auditor)

6.         Discuss and approve county vehicle policy.  (Auditor)

7.         Discuss and act on Randall County employees’ request to attend meetings and   conferences.  (Auditor)

8.         Approval of vouchers.  (Auditor)

9.         Review of correspondence with commissioners’ court.  (EH)

10.       Accept official reports.

11.       Public comment period.

The public is invited and encouraged to speak on any agenda item and will be given an opportunity to do so before any vote is taken.
