 1.        Discuss and approve the minutes of the June 10, 2008 meetings of the Randall County Commissioners’ Court.  (EH)                       

2.         Discuss and approve Randall County Investment Policy.  (Treasurer)

3.         Discuss and act on reappointing Judy Evans to the Panhandle Regional Housing Finance Corporation Board.  (EH)

4.         Establish date of public hearing to set elected officials salaries, expenses, and other allowances for the 2008-2009 budget.  (Auditor)

5.         Discuss and act on budget amendments.  (Auditor)

6.         Discuss and act on line item transfers.  (Auditor)

7.         Discuss and act on Randall County employees’ request to attend meetings and   conferences.  (Auditor)

8.         Approval of vouchers.  (Auditor)

9.         Review of correspondence with commissioners’ court.  (EH)

10.       Accept official reports.

11.       Public comment period.
