1.         Discuss and approve the minutes of the February 9, 2010 meetings of the Randall County Commissioners’ Court.  (EH)

 

2.         Presentation and acceptance of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Year Ended September 30, 2009, by the independent audit firm of Doshier, Pickens and Francis.  (Auditor)

 

3.         Discuss and approve amendment to the Randall County Insurance Plan regarding Dependent Pregnancy Coverage.  (Human Resources)

 

4.         Discuss and approve the Benefit Card Policy. (Human Resources)

 

5.         Discuss and take action on approving contract with Southern Folger Detention Equipment Co.  (Purchasing)

 

6.         Discuss and take action on approving purchase of two (2) John Deere 6100D tractors through HGAC.  (Purchasing)

 

7.         Discuss and take action renewing Sealcoat Aggregate Bid with LS Sand & Gravel.  (Purchasing)

 

8.         Discuss and take action on approving specifications for Bid #2010-471-3 Asphalt Emulsions.  (Purchasing)

 

9.         Discuss and take action on approving purchase of a 2010 Broce Hydraulic Road Sweeper.  (Purchasing)

 

10.       Discuss and approve Unreserved Fund Balance Policy.  (Auditor)

 

11.       Discuss and approve Debt Management Policy.  (Auditor)

 

12.       Discuss and act on Randall County employees’ request to attend meetings and conferences.  (Auditor)

 

13.       Approval of vouchers.  (Auditor)

 

14.       Accept official reports. 

 

15.       Closed meeting with counsel to discuss pending contemplated litigation.  (EH)

 

16.       Discuss and act on accepting reimbursement for additional expenses associated with reissuance of 2009 certificates of obligation.
