2. Consider all matters incident and related to approving and authorizing publication of notice of intention to issue certificates of obligation, including the adoption of an order pertaining thereto. (Auditor)
3. Consider all matters incident and related to declaring expectation to reimburse expenditures with proceeds of future debt, including the adoption of an order pertaining thereto. (Auditor)
4. Discuss and act on paving of Lone Star Road. (EH)
5. Discuss and approve submission of a grant application by the Randall County Sheriff’s Office for the Randall County Prisoner ReEntry Project Grant Application Opportunity to the Bureau of Justice Assistance. (Sheriff)
6. Discuss and act on the Randall County Employee Handbook. (Human Resources)
7. Discuss and take action on approving Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) from Western Builders for Youth Center Renovation. (Purchasing)
8. Discuss and act on Randall County employees’ request to attend meetings and conferences. (Auditor)
9. Approval of vouchers. (Auditor)
10. Accept official reports.
