                Recognition of Judge Jerry Bigham’s reappointment to serve on the Texas County and District Retirement System Board.

 

1.         Discuss and approve the minutes of the June 22, 2010 meetings of the Randall County Commissioners’ Court.  (EH)

 

2.         Discuss and act on proposal to appoint Sharon Hollingsworth, Tax Assessor/Collector for Randall County, to calculate the effective tax rate and rollback tax rate for Randall County for the 2010 tax levy.  (Tax Office)

 

3.         Discuss and approve annual contract between Randall County and the Texas Workforce Commission.  (JP1)

 

4.         Discuss and act on a Resolution to support the creation of the Panhandle Rural Transportation Planning Organization & assigning the Randall County Judge as a voting member.  (Panhandle Regional Planning Commission)

 

5.         Discuss and approve a Resolution accepting Umbarger Water Supply Corporation to authorize the submission of a Texas Community Development Block Grant application. (Panhandle Regional Planning Commission)

 

6.         Discuss and take action on designating certain county vehicles and equipment as Surplus Property.  (Purchasing)

 

7.         Set salaries, expenses or allowances of elected county or precinct officials for the 2010-2011 fiscal year.  (Auditor)

 

8.         Discuss and act on Randall County employees’ request to attend meetings and conferences.  (Auditor)

 

9.         Approval of vouchers.  (Auditor)

 

10.       Accept official reports.   

 

11.       Public comment period.
