Presentation of pins and certificates to Randall County Employees.

                                                   

1.         Discuss and approve the minutes of the January 10, 2012 meeting of the Randall County Commissioners’ Court.  (EH)

 

2.         Discuss and approve Sendora Valley Unit No. 2, a rural subdivision in Randall County, Texas, being a replat of Lots 1 through 4, Block 1, Sendora Valley Unit No. 1, Randall County, Texas (4.42 acres).  (Road & Bridge)

 

3.         Discuss and approve Sendora Valley Unit No. 3, a rural subdivision in Randall County, Texas, being a replat of Lots 30, 31, 46, 47 and 56, Block 2, Sendora Valley Unit No. 1, an addition to Randall County, Texas (10.39 acres).  (Road & Bridge)

 

4.         Discuss and approve overpayment and erroneous tax payment refunds in excess of $2,500.00.  (Tax Office)

 

5.         Discuss and take action on accepting bonds for reserve deputies and County Treasurer’s staff.  (Purchasing)           

                                   

6.         Discuss and take action on renewing RFP #2011-1 for computers with Nor-Tech.  (Purchasing)

 

7.         Discuss and approve resolution for the Texas Indigent Defense Commission Formula Grant.  (Auditor)               

                                                                       

8.         Discuss and act on Randall County employees request to attend meetings and conferences.  (Auditor)

 

9.         Approval of vouchers.  (Auditor)

 

10.       Accept official reports.
