Juvenile Center Halfway House roof and door problems. This discussion will involve
a private consultation with the commissioners court’s legal counsel pursuant to Tex. Gov. Code Ann.
Section 551.071 permitting a governmental body to
conduct a private consultation with its attorney when the governmental body
seeks the advice of its
attorney about pending litigation. Take

2. DISCUSS
AND ACT ON REQUEST TO AWARD BID NO. 2001-71-6 FOR GRADE #5 AGGREGATE, (ROAD AND
BRIDGE)
Motion was made by Commissioner Karrh. So moved, that for the grade #5 aggregate in Bid #2001-71-6 we go with the alternate bid Type B at $17.44 per ton.
SECOND was made by Commissioner Huskey.

3. DISCUSS

the meeting on January 15, 2002, Commissioner Huskey moved to
approve the minutes for the meeting held on the 2nd of January 2002
as distributed. Commissioner Parker seconded the motion. Five (5) Voted
aye. The said minutes were approved as
distributed and No correction was made in open Court.
