11. 6:45 P.M. - Public hearing to consider a request to vacate the eastern end of Trammel Ave. (approximately 1,200 LF). Petitioner has complied with requirements to post the petition at the site and at the courthouse. Take any necessary action. (Road Department)
12. 7:00 P.M. - Public hearing to consider a proposal to (1) move a scheduled railroad crossing upgrade from Dowell Road to City Lake Road; (2) close the railroad crossings at Dowell Road and Blessen Road; (3) pave Gordon Cummins Road from City Lake Road to Brown Road; (4) pave City Lake Road from Gordon Cummins Road to U.S. Hwy. 60; (5) pave Arnot Road from Gordon Cummins Road to U.S. Hwy 60; and (6) pave Dowell/Donnell Road from Gordon Cummins Road to the Taylor residence. Take any necessary action. (Road Department)

Motion was made by Commissioner Parker. Motion we adopt this proclamation.

Motion was made by Commissioner Gualtiere. Motion to approve the proposed policy for Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control plan in regarding Randall County.

12. 7:00 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A PROPOSAL TO (1) MOVE A SCHEDULED RAILROAD CROSSING UPGRADE FROM DOWELL ROAD TO CITY LAKE ROAD; (2) CLOSE THE RAILROAD CROSSINGS AT DOWELL ROAD AND BLESSEN ROAD; (3) PAVE GORDON CUMMINS ROAD FROM CITY LAKE ROAD TO BROWN ROAD; (4) PAVE CITY LAKE ROAD FROM GORDON CUMMINS ROAD TO U.S. HWY. 60; (5) PAVE ARNOT ROAD FROM GORDON CUMMINS ROAD TO U.S. HWY 60; AND (6) PAVE DOWELL/DONNELL ROAD FROM GORDON CUMMINS ROAD TO THE TAYLOR RESIDENCE. TAKE ANY NECESSARY ACTION. (ROAD DEPARTMENT)
Motion was made by Commissioner Huskey. Motion that we not accept the proposal at hand and that we ask the railroad and the State to proceed with putting the crossing up at Dowell Road.
SECOND was made by Commissioner Parker.

Judge Wood adjourned the Randall County Commissioners Court until 9:00 am. Tuesday, January 16th, 2001 in the Randall County Square North Courtroom.

At the meeting on January 16, 2001, Commissioner Huskey moved to approve the minutes for the meeting held on the 9th of January 2001 as distributed. Commissioner Gualtiere seconded the motion. Five (5) Voted aye. The said minutes were approved as distributed and No correction was made in open Court.
