February 2001, there came to and was held a Regular Meeting at 9:00 a.m. of the
Commissioners= Court in and for Randall County, Texas with the
following present and presiding:

Also present at the meeting was Joella McPherson,
County Auditor and Sue Wicker Bartolino, County Clerk.
Reverend Gil Lane, Paramount Baptist Church, gave the
invocation.

consultation with its attorney to seek the advice of its attorney about
contemplated litigation. Take any

and act on proposal to contract with lawyers for services related to
redistricting. (TW)

policy concerning requests from citizens who want to upgrade a county road at

POLICY CONCERNING REQUESTS FROM CITIZENS WHO WANT TO UPGRADE A COUNTY ROAD AT
THEIR EXPENSE. (ROAD DEP’T)
Motion was made by Commissioner Karrh. So moved. (to direct Russell Hanson to put policy into writing)

Motion was made by Commissioner Huskey. Motion to contact and ask the Court of Appeal Judges to voluntarily cut their supplement.

Motion was made by Commissioner Huskey. Motion to write them a letter (Umbarger Fire Dept.) saying that the contract is being terminated due to the rollback.

February 27th, 2001 in the Randall County Square North Courtroom.

At the meeting on February 27, 2001, Commissioner
Gualtiere moved to approve the minutes for the meeting
held on the 20th of February 2001 as distributed. Commissioner Huskey seconded the motion. Five (5) Voted
aye. The said minutes were approved as
distributed and No correction was made in open Court.
