3.         Discuss and act on request to waive the penalty and interest on 2001 taxes for a certain             property located at 4115 Terrace Drive in Amarillo.  This would be done pursuant to Tex.   Tax Code Ann. § 33.011 (Vernon Supp. 2002). (Tax Assessor/Collector)

6.         Discuss and act on Randall County employees' requests to attend meetings and conferences.      (Auditor)

3.         DISCUSS AND ACT ON REQUEST TO WAIVE THE PENALTY AND INTEREST ON 2001 TAXES FOR A CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4115 TERRACE DRIVE IN AMARILLO.  THIS WOULD BE DONE PURSUANT TO TEX. TAX CODE ANN. § 33.011 (VERNON SUPP. 2002). (TAX ASSESSOR/COLLECTOR)

 

Motion was made by Commissioner Parker.  Move that we excuse this penalty and interest.

Judge Wood adjourned the Randall County Commissioners Court until 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2002 in the Randall County Square North Courtroom.

At the meeting on March 19, 2002, Commissioner  Karrh  moved to approve the minutes for the meeting held on the 5th of March 2002 as distributed.  Commissioner Parker seconded the motion.   Four (4)  Voted aye.  The said minutes were approved as distributed and  No  correction was made in open Court.
