Commissioners= Court in and for Randall County, Texas with the

4. Discuss
problems relating to the construction of the Youth Center Halfway House. A closed meeting will be held with attorney
Kurt Crutcher pursuant to Tex. Gov. Code Ann. Section 551.071 permitting a
governmental body to conduct a private consultation with its attorney to seek
