and act on request to transfer $257.05 from Commissioners Court-Contingency to

and act on proposal to make an emergency amendment to the 2000-2001 Randall
County budget allowing for an increase in revenues to the general fund of
$34,966.00. Of that amount, $15,034 is
proposed to be added to specific departmental budgets as intended by
contributors. The $34,966.00 in funds
was contributed by Randall County Citizens to Randall County – mostly in the
form of returned rollback checks. The
emergency situation necessitating this budget amendment is the successful
rollback election. The specific amounts
proposed to be added to particular departmental budgets are set forth below:

OF THAT AMOUNT, $15,034 IS PROPOSED TO BE ADDED TO SPECIFIC DEPARTMENTAL
BUDGETS AS INTENDED BY CONTRIBUTORS.
THE $34,966.00 IN FUNDS WAS CONTRIBUTED BY RANDALL COUNTY CITIZENS TO
RANDALL COUNTY – MOSTLY IN THE FORM OF RETURNED ROLLBACK CHECKS. THE EMERGENCY SITUATION NECESSITATING THIS
