May 2001, there came to and was held a Regular Meeting at 3:30 p.m. of the
Commissioners= Court in and for Randall County, Texas with the
following present and presiding:

2. DISCUSS AND ACT ON PROPOSAL TO ACCEPT AUDIT REPORT PREPARED
BY DOSHIER, PICKENS, FRANCES REGARDING RANDALL COUNTY’S YEAR-END REPORT FOR
1999-2000 FISCAL YEAR. (AUDITOR)
Motion was made by Judge Wood. Motion that we accept the Audit Report.

3. DISCUSS PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING OPTIONS. TAKE ANY DESIRED ACTION IN REGARD TO
CHOOSING A PARTICULAR OPTION. (TW)
Motion was made by Commissioner Huskey. Motion to accept the Option #3 scope of work with the financing with Government Capital at a maximum annual interest rate of 5.84%.

At the meeting on May 29, 2001, Commissioner
Gualtiere moved to approve the minutes for the meeting
held on the 22nd of May 2001 as distributed. Commissioner Parker seconded the motion. Five (5) Voted
aye. The said minutes were approved as
distributed and No correction was made in open Court.
