issues related to the Neal Cearley lawsuit.
This discussion will involve a private consultation
with the commissioner court’s legal counsel pursuant to Tex. Gov. Code Ann. Section 551.071 permitting a
governmental body to conduct a private consultation with its attorney when the governmental body

Motion that we accept the contracts between Randall County and Bushland ISD, Canyon ISD, City of Canyon, Village of Palisades, South Randall County Hospital District, Village of Timbercreek canyon and The Colonies Public Improvement Assessments District for the City of Amarillo.

Motion was made by Commissioner Parker. Motion that we accept the two year program submitted by Amarillo Natural Gas for the Randall County Jail, Randall County Youth Center of the High Plains, & Randall County Next Step for the fixed price today of $4.44. (starting Aug. 1st)

PURSUANT TO TEX. GOV. CODE ANN. SECTION 551.071 PERMITTING A GOVERNMENTAL BODY
TO CONDUCT A PRIVATE CONSULTATION WITH ITS ATTORNEY WHEN THE GOVERNMENTAL BODY
