3. DISCUSS AND ACT ON PROPOSAL TO TRANSFER $12,000 FROM COMMISSIONERS COURT - CONTINGENCY TO COMMISSIONERS COURT - REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE FOR SIESTA ADDITION CLEANUP. (TW)

4. DISCUSS AND ACT ON REQUEST TO APPROVE QUOTES ON INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR COMMUNICATIONS AND TELEPHONE INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS. (SH)


MOTION was made by Commissioner Huskey. Motion that we accept the low bid of Technical Solutions for $10,537.19 under the condition that we have a minimum of 128 bit encryption capability and the speed is equivalent to the Cisco equipment on the other bid. If the encryption capability is not 128 bit then we need to move to the Executone bid on that or unless Technical Solutions can provide 128 bit for less money.

5. DISCUSS AND ACT ON PROPOSAL TO SPEND APPROXIMATELY $180 FOR TAC SURVEY DETAILING COMPENSATION FOR COUNTY EMPLOYEES ACROSS THE STATE. (SH)


MOTION was made by Commissioner Gualtiere. Motion that we should spend this money to let us know how our employees are being compensated compared to other counties. So I make a motion to spend $180 for the TAC survey detailing compensation for County Employees across the state.

SECOND was made by Commissioner Huskey

6. DISCUSS AND ACT ON REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR GROUP HEALTH CARE SERVICES. (AUDITOR)


MOTION was made by Commissioner Gualtiere. Motion to approve the proposal for Group Health Care services.

8. DISCUSS AND ACT ON REQUEST TO TRANSFER $2,500 FROM COMMISSIONERS COURT - CONTINGENCY TO CONSTABLE, PRECINCT 4 - REIMBURSED TRAVEL. (AUDITOR)


MOTION was made by Commissioner Gualtiere. Motion to deny the transfer of $2,500 from Commissioners Court - Contingency to Constable Precinct 4, and Mr. Clearly will be provided a car by Randall County and he will report to the Auditor's office if he needs to use the car.

At the meeting on June 20, 2000, Commissioner Gualtiere moved to approve the minutes for the meeting held on the 13th of June 2000 as distributed. Commissioner Karrh seconded the motion. Five (5) Voted aye. The said minutes were approved as distributed and No corrections were made in open Court.
