Also present at the meeting was Joella McPherson, County Auditor and Sue Wicker Bartolino, County Clerk.

Robert Karrh, Commissioner Precinct 1, gave the invocation.

6. Discuss and act on proposal to seek legislative approval for Randall County to establish a public defender program. (TW)

7. Discuss and act on request to transfer $1,200 from Halfway House-Food to Halfway House-Salaries, $100 from Halfway House-Food to Halfway House-Payroll Taxes and $125 from Halfway House-Food to Halfway House-Retirement. (Auditor).

8. Discuss and act on request to transfer $300 from Road and Bridge-Road Repairs to Road and Bridge-Dues and Meetings. (Auditor)

Judge Wood adjourned the Randall County Commissioners' Court until 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2000 in the Randall County Square North Courtroom.

At the meeting on July 11, 2000, Commissioner Gualtiere moved to approve the minutes for the meeting held on the 27^th of June 2000 as distributed. Commissioner Huskey seconded the motion. Five (5) Voted aye. The said minutes were approved as distributed and No corrections were made in open Court.
