Motion was made by Commissioner Gualtiere. Motion to approve the October 16, 2001, Commissioners Court meeting minutes.

2. DISCUSSION
OF COMPENSATION FOR THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW COURT REPORTER AND RELATED
ISSUES. TAKE ANY NECESSARY ACTION. (CG)
Motion was made by Judge Wood. Motion that the Commissioners Court follow the recommendation of the Job Description Committee and set a pay grade of 29 for the Court Reporter Position in the County Court at Law and pursuant to our current wage set-up that would mean with the ability to hire in a person at 5% above the beginning step in that grade, that would be a salary of $45,834.00.
