Motion was made by Commissioner Gualtiere. Motion to approve the October 24, 2000 Commissioners Court minutes.

2. HIRE ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT RANDALL COUNTY IN REGARD TO PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE YOUTH CENTER HALFWAY HOUSE. (TW)



Motion was made by Commissioner Parker. Motion that we contract Kirk Crutcher with the firm of Sprouse, Smith, Rowley to represent us with our problems to the Youth Center Halfway House.

SECOND was made by Commissioner Gualtiere.

5. MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO THE POTTER-RANDALL COUNTY CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES BOARD. (TW)



Motion was made by Judge Wood. Motion that we follow the recommendation of reappointing Tim Reed, Sandra Penn and Gail Perkins and appoint Lynn White.

SECOND was made by Commissioner Gualtiere.

6. DISCUSS AND ACT ON REQUEST TO AWARD BID FOR TELEPHONE SYSTEM. (GP)



Motion was made by Judge Wood. Motion to start over.

Judge Wood adjourned the Randall County Commissioners Court until 9:00 am. Tuesday, November 7th, 2000 in the Randall County Square North Courtroom.

At the meeting on November 14, 2000, Commissioner Gualtiere moved to approve the minutes for the meeting held on the 31st of October 2000 as distributed. Commissioner Karrh seconded the motion. Five (5) Voted aye. The said minutes were approved as distributed and No correction was made in open Court.
