Be it remembered on this the 6th day of November, 2001, there came to and was held a Regular Meeting at 3:30 p.m. of the Commissioners= Court in and for Randall County, Texas with the following present and presiding:

decision to seek bids on the restriping of the parking lot at the Amarillo Annex. Additionally, give specific direction to the
Auditor’s office concerning the
striping of the parking area across the street (to the west) from the Justice Building. (Auditor)

6. Discuss and act on Randall County

Motion was made by Commissioner Karrh. So moved.
SECOND was made by Commissioner Parker.

Motion carried by 4-0 vote.
2. SET TIME FOR NEXT MEETING. MEETING MUST BE HELD TO CANVASS THE VOTES IN

3. REVISIT THE COMMISSIONERS COURT’S
DECISION TO SEEK BIDS ON THE RE-STRIPING OF THE PARKING LOT AT THE AMARILLO
ANNEX. ADDITIONALLY, GIVE SPECIFIC
DIRECTION TO THE AUDITOR’S OFFICE CONCERNING THE STRIPING OF THE PARKING AREA
ACROSS THE STREET (TO THE WEST) FROM THE JUSTICE BUILDING. (AUDITOR)
Building Maintenance Dept. is
to re-stripe the parking lot across from the Justice Building.

Commissioner Huskey adjourned the Randall County Commissioners Court until 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 9, 2001 in the Randall County Square North Courtroom.

the meeting on November 13, 2001, Commissioner Parker moved to
approve the minutes for the meeting held on the 6th of November 2001
as distributed. Commissioner
Gualtiere seconded the
motion. Five (5) Voted
aye. The said minutes were approved as
distributed and No correction was made in open Court.
