TEXAS. (ROAD DEPARTMENT.)
Motion was made by Commissioner Gualtiere. Motion to deny this variance of Brookwater Estates.

5. DISCUSS
AND ACT ON PROPOSAL TO APPROVE ORDER PROHIBITING THE KEEPING OF WILD ANIMALS IN
RANDALL COUNTY. (GP)
Motion was made by Commissioner Huskey. Move that we enact an Order to prohibit dangerous wild animals in Randall County, noting the exceptions in Sect. 822.102 of the law.
SECOND was made by Commissioner Karrh.

MOTION was made by Commissioner Huskey. Motion that the Insurance Board approve the change to the Health Plan authorizing payment up to 80% for blood work done by the employees.

Judge Wood adjourned the Randall County Commissioners Court until 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2001 in the Randall County Square North Courtroom.

the meeting on November 20, 2001, Commissioner Gualtiere moved to
approve the minutes for the meeting held on the 13th of November
2001 as distributed. Commissioner Huskey seconded the motion. Five (5) Voted
aye. The said minutes were approved as
distributed and No correction was made in open Court.
