The Randall County Sheriff’s Office realizes that there will be occasions when a citizen wants to lodge a complaint against an officer or staff member. There is a procedure in place at the Sheriff’s Office to handle these complaints. All complaints are investigated and answered.
To file a complaint, send us your name, address, daytime phone number, the name of the employee and details of the incident that initiated the complaint. You may mail or email this information to the Sheriff’s Office. |

| RACIAL PROFILING |
| Racial profiling is not allowed or tolerated by the Randall County Sheriff’s Office. To report an incident of racial profiling, please use the same procedure as all other complaints. |

| Anonymous complaints will be courteously accepted but will only be investigated at the discretion of the administration. |
