Captain Crump has been in law enforement since 1981 and has served with the Randall County Sheriff's Office since 1985. He served in the patrol division from 1985 to 1989 and as a criminal investigator from 1989 to 2009. He was promoted to Lieutenant over CID in 2002 and then promoted to Captain of the Criminal Division in January of 2009. He supervises the Criminal Division for the Randall County Sheriff's Office which includes the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations Division (CID), Crime Scene Investigation Unit (CSIU), and the Narcotics Enforcement Team. Captain Crump holds a Master's Peace Officer Certificate, and Associate Degree in Law Enforcement Education and an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement Management.
