| The Randall County Emergency Services Unit was formed to assist Randall County Sheriffs Deputies and is a volunteer organization. The ESU is called on to provide numerous functions. They are trained to assist our deputies in traffic control at accident scenes, grass fires or any other incident or event that requires traffic direction. ESU members will also assist deputies by waiting for tow trucks for impounded vehicles, cattle out calls and any other areas that would expedite the patrol deputys return to service. In the event of severe weather, they will be out watching the skies for life threatening weather conditions. During the winter months, they will be available to assist stranded motorists during inclement weather. |
