Beverage permits may be renewed at the main office in Canyon or at the Amarillo annex.

A new beverage license must be signed by required officials according to Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) rules and regulations before the fees may be paid. The fees may then be paid to either of our Canyon or Amarillo locations.

Beverage permit renewals may also be done by mail. They should be sent to the main office in Canyon. Just send the renewal and a check for correct fees. We will return receipts to you.

The commission can cancel or deny a permit if there are delinquent ad valorem taxes.
